Marc Parent, the former CEO of CAE, Inc., once said, “If January is the month of change, February is the month of lasting change. January is for dreamers… February is for doers.”

February clearly stands out in American history as a month when things get done, highlighted by the ratification of five constitutional amendments: the 11th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, and 25th. Only December beats it, mostly thanks to the Bill of Rights. This history really backs up the idea of February being a month of “doing” and shows how our Constitution is truly built to last and be updated.
