WHO ARE WE YOU ASK?

Arizona Legal Watch (ALW) is a statewide group of everyday Arizonans mobilizing to promote awareness of and access to our judicial system. We founded ALW after working for President Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign here in Arizona and witnessing how the Left is destroying our institutions, our freedoms.

As you have witnessed so far, the liberal-virus and Marxist values have contaminated our legislative and executive branches of power. The judicial branch is no different. With activist judges and their aversion to following the law on the rise, the judicial branch is under attack as well. We cannot idly hand over our freedoms to tyrants wrapped in black robes. Luckily, they are easy to spot. We just have to pay attention, track it, and vote it out. One way to spot them is by looking at their patterns of misconduct. Misconduct (of any kind) by any legal professional, legal staff, or legal public official contributes to the loss of our God-given rights and the freedom many have died to secure.

We are not attorneys. Therefore, we do not represent individuals in any legal capacity or provide legal advice. However, we are community advocates helping connect Arizonans to resources and platforms to support them when they believe they have been harmed by a member of the legal community.

WHAT WE DO?

ALW connects Arizonans to resources when they believe they have been harm by a member of the community. This includes referring people to vetted attorneys who believe in freedom and value conservative views.

We provide people with administrative help and tools to print and organize documents; transcribe audio into transcripts and maneuver the internet to submit their grievances. In special situations, ALW also writes a letter supporting the person we are helping. With the person’s consent, we also provide a copy of their grievance to appropriate administrative agencies to help move its interest forward. If needed, we help with drafting a strategy for a person to execute it.

We also provide daily updates to the “professional community” on LinkedIn to bring attention to some of the issues Arizonans are currently encountering.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE SO FAR?

MOTHER DEFENDS HER SON FROM LIBERAL PREDATOR

In June 2021, we founded ALW and began to assist Arizonans. So far, we have helped a mother defend her 16-year-old son against the City of Phoenix for allegedly “misgendering” a girl.

REFERRALS FOR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS

We also provided referrals to numerous people who needed help filing a religious exemption at their jobs ranging from the health care industry, the finance industry, and the military.

SUPPORT OF INVESTIGATION INTO POSSIBLE CRIMINAL CONDUCT

Most recently, we submitted a Letter of Support to Judge Pamela Gates, a judge in the Superior Court of Maricopa County, in Downtown Phoenix, supporting an Arizonan’s request into for the Court to investigate possible criminal misconduct where a local law firm used its connections in the Clerk’s Office to prevent an Arizonan from filing motions.

SUPPORT TO STATE BARS COMPLAINTS

We have written letters supporting complaints of misconduct with multiple State Bar across the country.

VOTING DATA TO VOTE OUT ACTIVIST, UNLAWFUL JUDGES

Maricopa Superior and Justice Court Judges are elected after they have been appointed on voted in. Yet, every election cycle we have no information on them. This is NO MORE. ALC is compiling data voluntarily provided by Arizonans who have evidence of misconduct. We are designing a website with a profile for each legal professional we have evidence of misconduct so you can make an informed decision when voting for these judicial politicians. We will grant access to this website on a case-by-case basis, and by your request only. For now, we can assist you with filing a complaint by emailing us at [email protected].

BARE WITNESS PARTNERSHIP

We have officially partnered with Bare Witness (BW). BW is a non-profit that provides witnesses to people who are in litigation and no one to go with them to hearings and/or meetings at no cost.

We want you to know, that you are NOT alone. We are here, and people want to help.

GET INVOLVED

In June of 2021, we launched our first outreach program. We passed out about 100 flyers at the Downtown Superior Court. In doing so, we were able to refer people to websites where they were able to file complaints against judges, lawyers, and process servers.
